GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF BUSINESS
1. General Provisions
These General Terms and Conditions of Business govern the conditions for using the services provided by Cowork Zagreb via the website https://coworkzagreb.hr/ and in the business premises at Savska cesta 144A, 10000 Zagreb, Croatia. Cowork Zagreb provides coworking space services, the use of workstations, private offices, virtual office, meeting space, and other related business services, in accordance with the valid price list and terms of each service. By using the website, sending an inquiry, making a reservation, or using any service of Cowork Zagreb, the user confirms that they are familiar with these General Terms and Conditions of Business and accept them.
2. Services Cowork
Zagreb offers various types of business and workspaces, including, subject to availability:
- coworking and hot desk workstations;
- private offices;
- virtual office and business address;
- meeting rooms;
The scope of an individual service, mode of use, duration, availability, and other features are determined according to the selected package, offer, or individual agreement with the user. Cowork Zagreb reserves the right to modify, supplement, or cancel an individual service, while respecting the obligations arising from already concluded contracts or completed reservations.
3. Prices and Price
List All service prices listed on the website and in the valid price list are stated in euros and include VAT, unless explicitly stated otherwise. The valid price list of services is published on the Cowork Zagreb website. The price list is updated in accordance with price changes and applicable regulations. As of October 1, 2026, Cowork Zagreb applies the obligations prescribed by the Decision on Displaying an Additional Price as a Direct Price Control Measure (“Official Gazette”, No. 101/2026) and the Decision on the Publication of Product and Service Price Lists as a Direct Price Control Measure (“Official Gazette”, No. 101/2026), in the part in which these obligations apply to the provision of services. In accordance with the aforementioned regulations, in addition to the valid retail price of the service, where applicable, an additional or anchor price is also displayed, which represents the price applicable on the date specified by applicable regulations.
The additional or anchor price is displayed in a clear, visible, and legible manner alongside the valid price, including when the service price is advertised on websites, in accordance with regulations. The valid service price list published on the website contains data prescribed by applicable regulations, including the service name, retail price and, where applicable, information on a special form of sale as well as the additional or anchor price.
4. Reservations and Conclusion of Contract
An inquiry via the website, e-mail, telephone, or other communication channel does not in itself constitute a confirmation of reservation, unless Cowork Zagreb explicitly confirms the reservation or the conclusion of a contract. A reservation is considered confirmed when Cowork Zagreb delivers a reservation confirmation to the user or when a corresponding contract has been concluded with the user. Special conditions for reservations, duration of use, payment, and cancellation may apply to individual services, about which the user will be informed prior to the confirmation of the reservation or conclusion of the contract. The availability of individual workstations, offices, and other spaces depends on their availability.
5. Payment
The user is obligated to settle the price of the selected service in accordance with the price list, offer, invoice, or contract. Cowork Zagreb may require advance payment, a deposit, or other payment security for individual services. In the event of delay in payment, Cowork Zagreb may, in accordance with applicable regulations and contractual terms, temporarily restrict or suspend the use of services until the due obligations are settled.
6. Use of Premises
The user is obliged to use the space, equipment, and associated facilities carefully and in accordance with their purpose. The user must not use the space in a manner that interferes with the work of other users, endangers the safety of persons or property, or violates applicable regulations. The user is responsible for damage caused intentionally or through negligence to the space, furniture, equipment, or other property of Cowork Zagreb. Access to certain spaces and facilities may be restricted by operating hours, type of service, or other conditions specified in the offer or contract.
7. Private Offices and Workstations
When using a private office or other assigned workspace, the user is obliged to use the space exclusively for the purpose for which it was contracted. The user may not assign, sublease, or otherwise enable the use of the assigned space to third parties without the prior consent of Cowork Zagreb. Cowork Zagreb may determine the number of persons allowed to use a particular office or package, depending on its capacity and contracted terms.
8. Virtual Office and Business
Address If the service includes the use of a business address, the user is responsible for the lawful use of the specified address and for all data used in communication with state authorities, business partners, clients, and other persons. The use of a business address does not imply the right to use physical office space, unless this is explicitly included in the selected service. Upon termination of the service, the user is obliged to cease using the business address in all business, promotional, and other materials in which it is specified.
9. Cancellation and Termination of Service
Cancellation terms depend on the type of service, contract duration, and other conditions accepted upon reservation or conclusion of the contract. If a certain minimum duration is agreed for an individual service, cancellation before the expiration of that period may be subject to special agreed terms. Cowork Zagreb may terminate or suspend the provision of service in the event of a serious or repeated violation of these General Terms, non-payment of due obligations, or use of the space contrary to the law or rules of use.
10. Liability
Cowork Zagreb takes reasonable measures to ensure the functionality of the space, equipment, and available services. Cowork Zagreb is not liable for interruptions or restrictions caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including failures of public communication or power systems, technical problems, works, decisions of competent authorities, or other force majeure events. The user is responsible for safeguarding their own belongings, equipment, documents, and other items brought in or left on the premises, except in cases where the liability of Cowork Zagreb arises from mandatory regulations.
11. Website
The content published on the website serves to inform about the services of Cowork Zagreb. Cowork Zagreb strives to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of the published information, but reserves the right to correct errors, modify content, and update information on services, availability, and prices. Photographs of the premises and equipment may be illustrative and may not always fully correspond to the current state of a particular space.
12. Intellectual Property
The content of the website, including texts, photographs, graphic elements, logos, trademarks, and other materials, is protected by intellectual property regulations. It is not permitted to copy, distribute, publish, or otherwise use the content of the website without prior approval, except when such use is permitted by applicable regulations.
13. Protection of Personal Data
Cowork Zagreb processes personal data of users in accordance with applicable personal data protection regulations. Detailed information on the method of collection, use, storage, and protection of personal data is available in a separate Privacy Policy published on the website.
15. Complaints and Objections
The user may submit a complaint or objection regarding the provided service via the contact details published on the website. Cowork Zagreb will respond to the received complaint within the timeframes prescribed by applicable regulations. The user is obliged, whenever possible, to provide the data necessary to identify the service, reservation, or invoice to which the complaint relates.
15. Amendments to the General Terms
Cowork Zagreb reserves the right to amend or supplement these General Terms and Conditions of Business when necessary due to changes in business operations, services, or applicable regulations. The valid version of the General Terms will be published on the Cowork Zagreb website. Contracts and services already agreed upon prior to the amendment shall be subject to the terms that were valid at the time of their contracting, unless otherwise permitted or prescribed by applicable legislation.
16. Applicable Law
The law of the Republic of Croatia applies to these General Terms and Conditions of Business and the relations between Cowork Zagreb and the user. For all issues not governed by these General Terms, the applicable regulations of the Republic of Croatia shall apply.
